Our Sheffield’s Chophouse Seasoning has a taste and aroma which is rich, peppery, smoky and savory. It’s not just for chops. Use on any of your favorite chicken and pork dishes. Rub on your pork cuts, tenderloins, roasts, or your other favorite cut. Sprinkle or rub on chicken breasts or even whole chickens for a savory flavor. Great on steaks as well.

The combination of garlic onion, pepper, ginger, a touch of hickory smoke and other spices make for a very savory flavor for your dishes.

We really like to use it as a seasoning for our chicken recipes. We will use it as a rub or add to our flour. The taste is bound to make your chicken and pork dishes a hit with your guests.

One of our favorite ways to use it is to pound thinly the boneless chop or chicken breast.  Then we will add our Chophouse Seasoning to flour, roll the chicken or pork chops in the mixture.  We will then pan fry the chop or chicken on medium heat, which doesn’t take much time.  We like making our Spaetzle Recipe as a side dish, along with a tossed salad.  Quick, easy and tasty.
