Hickory Smoked Sea Salt

Our Hickory Smoked Sea Salt has a very hickory smoky, salty, intense flavor. We house-blend it to give you an extreme hickory flavor for a very versatile salt blend.  A little bit will go a long way.

It has many uses, including for barbecuing, smoking food, in soups, stews, sauces and for seasoning meats, poultry and fish. Even sprinkle on a baked potato or popcorn. A great way to add smoke flavor without the fire. Also imparts a nice smoky flavor when added to barbecue sauce, soups, cheese dips, nuts, gravy, stuffing. Good for seasoning a traditional Southern-style ham or pork roast. We use it sprinkled on chicken medallions then pan cooked until done. Great smoky flavor. It’s one of our favorite ways to cook a quick chicken dinner.
