Thai Coconut Green Curry
We house-crafted our Thai Coconut Green Curry Powder for authentic curry flavor. Thai Green Curry is made with Coconut Milk, so we created our blend with organic coconut milk powder for a rich, creamy flavor even without adding more coconut milk. Our combination of spices with a touch of hot green chile powder will work well with any Thai green curry recipe. It’s not too spicy, so you can always add more chile powder to kick up the spiciness.
Add Thai Green Curry to your soups and sauces for extra flavor. Sprinkle on noodles, rice, chicken or fish for a light, coconutty, curry flavor without having to make a curry sauce.
We have friends who add a bit on their pizza, steamed, sauteed or roasted vegetables as well as on lentils and other legumes. Mix with some mayonnaise for a savory condiment with a light spicy touch.
For a Basic Thai Green Curry Paste, combine 1 part Curry Powder with 1 part liquid, such as water or stock. To make a curry sauce, just add more liquid for your desired consistency.
