Garam Masala
Our small-batch, hand-crafted Garam Masala is a classical spice blend from India. The word “Masala” means “Spice Blend” and these are the flavorings for the various curries from India and Pakistan. Masala and all curry blends vary between regions and even families. Garam Masala is traditional to Northern India. We crafted our blend to incorporate traditional spices and provide a full flavor for your recipe. As with many curries, this is also Salt Free.
Garam Masala can be used with chicken, lamb, beef, vegetables and tofu. Follow the recipe or sprinkle directly on your meat before cooking.
Some Indian recipes will call specifically for Garam Masala, but you can use curry blends interchangeably depending on your taste. Experiment with different ones and see which you prefer.
