Our Vindaloo Curry Spice has the full flavor of a classic curry, plus the spiciness you expect. Curry Spice Blends vary from family to family. When we hand-crafted our blend, we used all the traditional spices found in Vindaloo blends, making it more complex than many others. We also tried it out to make sure the flavor would make your dinner guests ask for your recipe. It is also Salt-Free.

From a historical perspective, Vindaloo is a signature dish of Indian cuisine. It is also considered to be among the spiciest of Indian curries. Originating in the Goa region of western India, it was brought to India by the Portuguese as a dish called Carne de Vinha d’Alhos, which is made with spicy chile peppers, pork and vinegar. The dish is now very much connected to Indian cuisine, as well as spicy curry blends.

Whether you make a recipe calling for Vindaloo spice, use our blend as you would any other curry to season chicken, beef, lamb, shrimp, vegetable and tofu dishes. Most curry spice blends can be substituted with other curry blends, giving the dish
