Wild and Crazy Salmon

We blended our Wild and Crazy Salmon rub to mainly compliment salmon, but it also works on other seafood where you want a smoky, sweet flavor. The smoky sweetness with a little bit of heat will make your guests ask for more and your recipe.  You can also use this rub on chicken and pork.  The taste will amaze you and you’ll know why it is one our most popular rubs for seafood.

We like to use about 1 teaspoon of seasoning per 4 ounces of salmon or about 1 Tablespoon per pound. Adjust how much you use based on your personal taste.

Sprinkle on your fish and gently rub in about 10 minutes prior to cooking and you’re good to go. If you have the time, you can cover and refrigerate the salmon or other seafood for 3 to 4 hours, which allows the flavors to develop further.  Our Wild & Crazy Salmon spice rub compliments the salmon flavors to form a bit of a glaze when baked or grilled.

Our Citrus Seafood Seasoning is also excellent on Salmon, other white fish and seafood.  It’s one of our favorites being so versatile.
