Our Citrus Seafood blend is hand-crafted in small batches and has a citrusy fresh fruitiness with a hint of dill. The citrus, garlic and other herbs combine for a zesty compliment to most seafood. The cayenne pepper adds just a touch of spiciness. It’s a wonderfully, savory combination.
Sprinkle the Citrus blend on Cod, Tilapia, Flounder, Halibut, Haddock and other white fish. It’s also perfect on Salmon, Swordfish, Shark and other meatier fish.
The citrusy zest is also a perfect compliment for shrimp, scallops and broiled lobster tails. It’s all about the citrus.
Use about 1 teaspoon per 4 ounces, or about 1 tablespoon per pound of seafood. You’ll probably want to adjust the amount according to your taste once you try it.
Sprinkle and gently rub it on about 10 minutes prior to cooking and you’re good to go. You can refrigerate and let set for about an hour if you want the flavors to develop even more.
