Sweet Tweety

We blended our Sweet Tweety to have a hint of sweetness and a touch of heat from the red pepper flakes as well as the delicious mustard seed which also gives it a savory flavor. You will also notice the undertones of paprika and other spices. The result is one our very popular poultry seasonings.

Sweet Tweety adds a great flavor whether you grill, pan roast, rotisse, bake or however you prepare your dishes. If we pan cook our chicken, pork chops or pork medallions, we will add the seasoning to our flour, which also helps the seasoning develop a flavor coating.

Use liberally on your chicken, as well as on your pork dishes. Rub into your meat on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before grilling to let the seasoning flavors develop. 3-4 hours are even better for maximum flavor.
