We balanced the chile powder, paprika, rosemary, lemon, honey and other spices and herbs to give your dish a very savory flavor. Give your chicken or other meat a good liberal rub of our Flipping the Bird. If you have the time, let it set for 30 minutes or more so the flavors can develop. We use it for grilling, pan-roasting and baking. You’ll be surprised how delicious a Salt-Free blend can taste.
