Tippin Cows Steak Seasoning
Funny name, serious flavor. Our house-crafted, small batch Tippin Cows Seasoning blend is all new from the inspiration up. We wanted to create a new Steak Seasoning which was a bit spicy, savory in texture and one to bring out the flavor of not only steaks but burgers, roasts, stews and other beef dishes. And we did it. We have test-driven it on steaks, on burgers, on a roast and in a Beef Burgundy (Beef Bourguignonne) type dish. Rick went into the kitchen and that’s what showed up. They were all very tasty. The Aleppo Chile Pepper added the twist we were for to set this blend apart from other steak and beef seasoning.
Using Aleppo Chile Pepper as a slightly spicy base gives a nice little kick on which to layer other flavors. Garlic and our other spices compliment your beef cut nicely by themselves. All together, this seasoning works so well you don’t even need any steak sauce.
Use Tippin Cows liberally on your favorite steak cut, burger or roast. Rub about 1 tablespoon per pound of meat, and allow to sit in your refrigerator for an hour or so if you have the time to let the flavors develop. Mix in about 1 tablespoon per pound of ground beef or other protein of your choice for one of the most flavorful burgers you have ever tasted.
Add to your soups and stews, chili and even a bit to your taco meat for a nice flavor. Use wherever you use your beef seasoning and we’re sure your guests will ask your for your secret ingredient.
