Our Smokey Steak and Chop Seasoning has a salty, rich and full Hickory Smoke flavor. Use on your favorite cut of steak, beef roast, or pork chops or pork roasts.  We also use it ourselves on our chicken dishes when we grill, broil, pan fry or use on the rotisserie, the flavor comes through.  It adds just the right amount of hickory flavor without overpowering the basic salt & pepper base.  Since it is saltier than most steak seasonings, use sparingly until you know how much to use to give your dish just the right flavor.

This old-style steak and chop seasoning is one our more popular seasonings because it is so versatile.  Many of our friends say it reminds them of growing up when this was a very traditional steak seasoning flavor.  When we offer this seasoning as a weekly promotional item, it gets many new followers.
