Teriyaki Shrimp with Green Beans and Mushrooms

Teriyaki Shrimp with Green Beans and Mushrooms is an easy dish to prepare. The flavor of our Garlic Rapture compliments the shrimp and vegetables. The resulting flavor is so savory your guests will ask for the recipe.

We cook the shrimp separate from the green beans and mushrooms so they don’t overcook. So, be sure to be ready to start the shrimp as soon as the vegetables are cooking. The rice takes about 20 minutes cook, so if you start it first, it will be ready when the rest of the dish is done, and it will stay hot with the lid until needed. Enjoy!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
24 Medium-Large Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp (Tails removed)
3 Tablespoons Sheffield’s Garlic Rapture Seasoning, Divided
1 Shallot, Chopped Fine
1 Teaspoon Kosher Flake Salt (optional)
1 Pound Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed and Cut into 1″ Pieces
8 Ounces Fresh White Button Mushrooms, Thin Sliced
4 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
½ Cup, plus 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
White Sesame Seeds for Topping
Cooked Rice for Serving

Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of the butter over medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of the Garlic Rapture, shallots, and Kosher flake salt. Stir with a spatula to combine with the butter. Cook about half a minute, then add the green beans and mushrooms. Stir again to combine. Cook for 7 minutes. Add the ½ cup of teriyaki sauce. Stir again. Turn the heat down to low and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until the green beans are crisp tender. Stir occasionally. Don’t overcook or the beans will be mushy.

While the beans and mushrooms are cooking, cook the shrimp. In a medium, non-stick skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the remaining tablespoon of Garlic Rapture. Stir to combine with the butter. Add the shrimp and the remaining tablespoon of the teriyaki sauce. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, turn over and cook another 2 to 3 minutes until pink and opaque. Cover and turn off the heat to finish cooking for a minute.

Plate with rice, ¼ of the green bean and mushrooms and 4 to 6 shrimp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
