Chili Con Carne Seasoning
Our Chili Con Carne Seasoning is blended as a rich, complex and powerful seasoning blend for your Chili, Mexican, or other Southwestern recipe. Use in your favorite chili recipe or with your favorite chicken, beef, and fish recipes. We blended it to have a flavor everyone could enjoy without being too spicy. It also makes great roast seasoning.
Start with about 1 tablespoon per pound of ground beef, chicken or turkey and adjust from there. If you want to add extra heat, use some additional chile powder, like our Chipotle Powder for a smoky touch, or one of our other powders or crushed peppers, like our New Mexico Hot Ground Red Chile. Just depends on what level of heat and flavor you want.
If you like a little bit spicier version, you might want to check out our Hot Chili Powder Seasoning. They both work with any Chili you are making. They just have different heat levels, but both have great flavors.
