Cajun Roasted Potatoes

Cajun Roasted Potatoes are a very simple and very delicious recipe. Our Cajun Seasoning gives them just enough spiciness without being too hot, which makes them the perfect side dish to your favorite burgers, chicken, pork chops, and more. Of course they are a great accompaniment to your Cajun and Creole entrees.

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:
2 Pounds Red Potatoes, Cut into ¾” Pieces
⅛ Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Sheffield’s Cajun Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Kosher Flake Salt

Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 425ºF. Place the rack in the middle position.

Place cut red potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and toss with a spoon to coat evenly. Sprinkle the Cajun Seasoning and salt on the potatoes. Toss again to evenly coat with the spices.

Transfer the potatoes to a large rimmed baking sheet, and spread evenly. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 30 minutes, turning the potatoes every 10 minutes until fork tender, browned and crispy on all sides, but not overcooked, or they will dry out. Enjoy!
