Our Dusty Trails Steak Seasoning is a very savory seasoning. We have enjoyed this blend for many years and decided to bring it to our friends. Hand-crafted in small batches, the flavor is unlike any other on our spice shelves. It brings out the flavor of whatever you sprinkle it on. We mainly use it on steaks and burgers, since the spices we crafted it with, are traditionally used on beef. But is also a wonderful seasoning for chicken and pork. The combination of spices will please the most discerning gourmet.
For best results, sprinkle on both sides of your meat, rub in well, cover and refrigerate for an hour before cooking, allowing the flavors to develop. We will also pierce it into the steaks and mix some into the ground beef to make sure the flavors come through with every bite.
