English Garden Vegetable Dip Mix
Our English Garden Vegetable Dip Mix is a full flavored blend of vegetables combined with our other spices, It makes it a delicious dip for fresh vegetables. It is also wonderful on cooked or steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, or on your fish. You can also use it a dip for corn tortillas as a fresh alternative to salsa.
We small-batch, hand-craft all our Dip and Salsa Mixes from our own recipes. They are not just for making dips and salsas. They make great bases for salad dressings, cooking and grilling spices. We have ideas on the packages.
Add contents to 1 1/2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise. Mix and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes. For a lower fat version, substitute low fat sour cream and low fat mayonnaise. You can also use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream.
