Savory Onion Dip Mix
Our Savory Onion Dip Mix is a rich, onion flavor with a touch of zesty garlic, accented with flavorful paprika. Use as a dip with your favorite vegetables or chips. Makes a great salad dressing or see below for a more traditional version.
We small-batch, hand-craft all our Dip and Salsa Mixes from our own recipes. They are not just for making dips and salsas. They make great bases for salad dressings, cooking and grilling spices. We have ideas on the packages.
Add contents to 1 1/2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For a lower fat version, substitute low fat sour cream and low fat mayonnaise. You can also use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream.
Salad Dressing: Mix 3 tablespoons dry mix to 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise.
