Green Chile Dip Mix
Like having New Mexico on your plate at all times. Our Green Chile Dip Mix has the great taste of green chile added to other spices provide a great base for dips, salad dressings or as a seasoning to add that “Green Chile” flavor to any dish.
We small-batch, hand-craft all our Dip and Salsa Mixes from our own recipes. They are not just for making dips and salsas. They make great bases for salad dressings, cooking and grilling spices. We have ideas on the packages.
Dip: Add contents to 1 1/2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise. Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For a lower fat version, substitute low fat sour cream and low fat mayonnaise. You can also use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream.
Seasoning: Sprinkle on all your favorite meats, fish and poultry. Great on your huevos rancheros and other egg dishes too!
