Dill Dip Mix
Our Dill Dip Mix is a delicious blend of dill, parsley, onion, garlic and other spices you can use as a vegetable or chip dip, a seafood topping or as a salad dressing. The resulting flavor will compliment all your dishes.
We small-batch, hand-craft all our Dip and Salsa Mixes from our own recipes. They are not just for making dips and salsas. They make great bases for salad dressings, cooking and grilling spices. We have ideas on the packages.
Dip: Add contents to 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup real mayonnaise. Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For a lower fat version, substitute low fat sour cream and low fat mayonnaise. You can also use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream.
Salad Dressing: Mix 3 tablespoons dry mix to 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise. Prepared dip is great on fish and baked potatoes.
