Our small-batch, house-crafted Greek Isles Seasoning is perfect for marinating your Mediterranean style beef, lamb or chicken dishes. This Greek Seasoning Blend is outstanding on grilled or baked chicken and fish.

European cuisines share many of the same spices and herbs so this blend can also be used in many French, Italian and other European dishes as well as many Middle Eastern recipes, with the lemony touch added for a little zest. The flavor differences will add a unique twist to your recipe.

To make your own home made gyros sauce mix 2 cups of Greek plain yogurt, 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 2 tablespoons of diced onion and 2 tablespoons of our Greek Seasoning.

For your shish kabobs cut your beef, chicken, lamb or pork into 1 inch cubes and to make your marinate mix 2 tablespoons Greek Isles Seasoning, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of warm water. Place your meat in a large re-sealable plastic bag and be sure that your meat is covered evenly.  Place your marinating meat in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
