Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar
Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar is a very flavorful Balsamic vinegar. Basil, Rosemary, Oregano and Garlic combine in many of the same ways as Italian Herb Olive Oil and can be paired with many of the same foods you find in savory Italian dishes.
Use as a bread dip as is, or add a bit of the vinegar to your dipping olive oil. Brush some on your bruschetta before broiling.
Drizzle over a traditional Caprese Salad, as a glaze for a Porchetta roast, or other steak cut. Pour a bit on burgers with some grilled onions. It goes well with any beef cut.
The Italian Herb flavor drizzles well over roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, as well as grilled Portobello mushrooms. Try a bit with Italian and other hearty cheeses, like Parmesan, Asiago and Romano. But then, the herb flavor goes well with creamier cheeses, like Boursin and other soft herb and garlic cheeses.
Use some with your Italian Salad Dressing mix for extra flavor. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll find many more uses.
