Fiesta Dip Mix
Our Fiesta Dip Mix is so versatile. Use as a chip/vegetable dip, add to your cheese as a great queso dip, or sprinkle on your favorite Southwestern recipes to add some extra flavor. The red chile peppers add just enough kick to wake up any dish.
We small-batch, hand-craft all our Dip and Salsa Mixes from our own recipes. They are not just for making dips and salsas. They make great bases for salad dressings, cooking and grilling spices. We have ideas on the packages.
Dip: Add contents to 1 1/2 cups of sour cream and 1/2 cup real mayonnaise. Mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For a lower fat version, substitute low fat sour cream and low fat mayonnaise. You can also use plain yogurt in place of the sour cream.
Queso Dip: Mix with 1 1/2 lbs melted American Cheese, add milk to thin.
